You’re surviving. Functioning. Ticking the boxes. But still, something feels stale…

The mortgage gets paid. The kids get fed. The emails get answered (eventually). You show up to everything that needs you – and something always needs you.

You are, by most measures, fine.

But – you’re exhausted. You often come last. And somewhere in between keeping all of the plates spinning, you and your partner stopped really being together – even when you’re in the same room.

This isn’t a crisis story. There’s no dramatic moment to point to. It’s quieter than that – a slow drift, a growing distance, a relationship that used to feel like home and now just feels like… management.

Maybe the resentment has been building. Maybe life’s been hard of late. Maybe the real issues keep getting avoided because you don’t know how to raise them without it turning into a fight. Maybe you can feel something coming and you don’t want to wait until it arrives to do something about it.

Maybe you just miss your best friend.

Your relationship isn’t bad. But it’s not what it used to be…

You’re not in crisis, not ready to call it quits, but you are quietly aware that something has shifted and you’re not sure how to get it back. The relationship isn’t broken. It’s just been last on a long list for a long time.

That’s where this retreat comes in.

Perhaps you’re…
  • Empty nesters who’ve realised the kids leaving didn’t bring you closer – it just left you with less to talk about?
  • Feeling resentment building and not sure how to name it without starting another argument?
  • Sitting on real issues that never get raised because it never feels like the right time?
  • Missing the intimacy  – and wanting to rebuild a connection you’re actually excited about?
  • Worried about where things are heading and wanting to get ahead of it before it’s too late?
  • Wanting to feel valued, loved, and cherished – for who you are, not just what you can do for everyone?
  • Ready to get back the friendship you had – the easy, fun, chosen-each-other feeling that life replaced?
  • Wanting to rebuild a sex life that actually excites you both – not something that happens occasionally out of obligation, but something that makes you feel alive again?
  • Missing the ‘us’ that existed before life got hard?
  • Now deciding the grass is greener where you water it  (and it’s time to start watering)?
This retreat was designed for you.

Five days. Just the two of you.

Set within a secluded garden sanctuary in Kuta, Lombok where the demands of ordinary life can’t reach you.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not a group share circle. It’s a structured, cultivated experience designed to help couples slow down, reconnect, and rebuild something even better than before – with expert guidance, time and space to actually reconnect (and relax).

Led by Angelica Bilibio (Hart Centre advisor, clinical psychologist and couples therapist) and Leroy Wiseman (psychotherapist and registered counsellor).

Investment: AUD $4,000 per couple, all-inclusive.

Yes, it’s an investment – in the most important asset you have.
